Give Goods for Good

Retail, Business and Household Contributions

Our goods for good program relies of contributions of dormant goods from households and businesses. These contributions enable us to thrive and grow and create tangible environmental and societal impact. As a profit-for-purpose business we specialise in resource recovery, retail returns, unused goods (aka dormant goods) and giving new life to them via re-commerce, renewing, repurposing and recycling.

Our Goods for Goods initiative is an opportunity for you to pass on your dormant goods, for the greater good!

Did you know that Australia currently has $43 billion of underused goods, all of which are at risk of ending up in landfill? The World’s Biggest Garage Sale is tackling this issue by diverting these goods from landfill through the activation of dormant goods for good through circular economy practices, promoting sustainability and responsible consumerism. As a profit-for-purpose business, we specialise in resource recovery, retail returns, unused goods (aka dormant goods) and giving new life to them via re-commerce, renewing, repurposing and recycling.

We’re focused on creating employment opportunities for vulnerable youth.

We’re working on the world’s to-do-list and this includes closing the loop on unemployment for the vulnerable. We do this by using the circular model to create opportunities of employment for those in our community who need work most. This focus includes the employment and training of disadvantaged youth in areas such as retail and restoration of goods at our exchange facility, teaching them essential skills whilst working at repurposing dormant goods that would otherwise have gone to landfill.

Our Goods for Goods drive-through relies on contributions of dormant goods from households and businesses. These contributions enable us to thrive, grow and create tangible environmental and societal impact. To take part, simply:
