This May we celebrated National Volunteer Week and hosted an amazing team of volunteers from SHAPE for a day, lending a helping hand at our Circular Economy Precinct.
SHAPE has been bringing spaces to life for over 30 years. With expertise across fitouts, refurbishments, facade upgrades and construction projects, from small enhancements to large multi-million dollar projects, they draw on their diverse capabilities to find the right solution for various spaces.
We were blown away by the enthusiasm, professionalism and can-do attitude of the SHAPE team. Our staff thoroughly enjoyed having the expertise of the SHAPE team, with carpenters, painters, tilers, and more guiding our team with their circular economy projects.
The volunteers had an inside look at what we do here at the World’s Biggest Garage Sale, then Paul our remanufacturer, took the group through some awesome reclaimed pallet furniture projects and Emily our flatpack extraordinaire led them through some build projects. A great day was had by all!!
